Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time frames refer to the time your jewelry is in transit from my shop to you. All ready-to-ship items ship within 5 business days of purchase. Any pre-order or made-to-order items will have lead times listed on the item descriptions.
Orders shipping in the US
- USPS First Class Mail - 3-5 business days, depending on destination
- USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days, depending on destination

UPS Ground - 2-5 business days, depending on destination
International shipping
- USPS First Class International - 7-21 business days
- USPS Priority International - 6-10 business days
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees that your country might impose when importing goods through customs. Please check with your country if you are unsure if there will be any extra fees for importing jewelry from the US. We do not mark items as "gifts".
These are estimated delivery times. COVID-19 protocols, extreme weather, and other events may impact these times. Please check the USPS website for up-to-date information.
Lost/Damaged Packages
- I provide shipping confirmations and tracking numbers as soon as they are available. However, I have no control of the package once it leaves my shop. Please contact me at hello@mountaingoatgeo.com if any problems arise and I will work with you best I can.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please contact me immediately if you provide an incorrect address. I can only rectify this issue before an order ships. In the occurrence that I am able to have the package intercepted while in transit, you are responsible for any fees.
Returned Packages - If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other delivery issue, we will try our best to contact you and reship your item. Refused packages that are returned to us without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.
